More and more brides choosing Cragfont for gorgeous gardens

Cragfont has been the scene for a dozen or so weddings this spring and summer....and its no wonder.  What more lovely backdrop could there possibly be?  The garden is definitely a bride's garden.  Garden volunteers has worked tirelessly this season to insure that there is ample color and fragrant blooms throughout the year.   One volunteer is even creating a "flower schedule" so brides will know what flowers are blooming during certain times of the season to help brides with color selections, etc.

If you are choosing a wedding setting or know someone that is, following are some Cragfont wedding reminders:

-the cost is $400.  A $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the date; the balance is due a month before your event
-We only book one wedding per weekend.  Many times a bride will need a day for setup and a day for taking down for that ONE special day.

When you book Cragfont, you are essentially renting the gardens, the gazebo, the fountain in the lake, the carriage house.....basically the grounds of Cragfont.  For obvious reasons the museum home is off-limits for guests to enter.  This is for safety of the guests and security of the home.  Brides do appreciate that the carriage house is available for changing into her gown and touching up makeup and hair.
